Aurelia’s floral design is a flower shop that includes a variety of flowers of every season. It is a business that focuses on the care and production of flowers. It will include flower arrangements and gardening merchandise. The business will display flowers and floral arrangements throughout every corner of the shop. The customer will get to choose every flower they would like to include into their arrangement with the help of a store associate. The flowers would be presented on a binder including the popular combinations that the customers like to select each season. This will make it easier for the customer to narrow down their finale arrangement. If the customer does not want to spend time creating it from scratch, there will be a section with the store’s own selection of top-quality arrangements.
I selected this business because I have always been surrounded with flowers. On every side of my house there are various kinds of flowers and trees. Each season I see a variety of flowers flourish. There are several types of flowers that can come in assorted colors making you want to collect them. Even though taking care of them can take plenty of time, being able to see the process of their growth is always nice. One of the most challenging times to take care of them would be in winter because they can easily freeze making it hard for them to regrow. I will create a poster using both illustrations and photos of flowers to promote my made-up business. I wanted to incorporate a variety of flowers with bright colors. The overall style of the poster would include a vintage feel. Tiny bugs or insects would be added to the poster for it not to be only flowers. The insects will be closely related to what you would see on plants and flowers. The secondary poster of this project will also include chosen flowers that are connected to each month. The poster will incorporate the illustrations of the flowers with their name and month that they belong to. The background will include a plain color and few decorative elements making the flowers stand out.
