I always pass my time reading. It can be either a novel, a comic, or a graphic novel. These worlds that creative people have made never cease to melt away the stress that I have from my life, and I love to enter these worlds away from reality. I am an avid reader of many authors and have followed them for years. I conceived a thought that maybe I can be one of these storytellers and share my passion with others. The whole thing began with the ambition of storytelling. I want to one day create stories and have people become entertained by the tales that come out of my imagination. This particular story is from my little personal project that I am working on.
Farik Press is a publishing company I created to promote my main attraction, the graphic novel. The company is set to have its catalog and merchandise store, and it is a place where creative people can go and publish their work and earn a profit and a fan base. The Legend of the Forgotten Pair is inspired by Greek Mythology format and inspired by a legendary story. This tale is my interpretation of two known legends that have been told many times throughout history. I wanted to create my twist and illustrate the book. My legend is based on the lore of vampires and werewolves but there is a love story intertwined as to how these legends came to be. The opening follows the main couple who loved each other dearly and didn’t fear the unknown. This courageousness intrigued the Sun and Moon gods, and they gifted the duo powers to become guardians of the Earth. There is a serious consequence if you do not heed God's warning. For the people who want to support the creator, a merchandise store exists. The store contains stickers of the characters and personal posters you can have displayed on your wall.
One day, I would like to be an author and build a library of stories under my name. I want my audience to be able to escape and love my characters the way I did with other authors before me. Someday, I will have my merchandise store where I can have products with my characters' designs and fans can have their way of supporting me and either wearing or have decorated the stories they love and cherish.
