Dear Employees*,

Want to receive $100 (subject to payroll tax) or a UTRGV Swag Pack?

Just upload your COVID-19 vaccine card showing you have received your booster shot/3rd dose to the UTRGV Vaccine Portal by April 8, 2022 to qualify.

Please note:

For the $100 (subject to payroll tax) option, complete all of the portal requirements by February 15, and you’ll receive your payment in your March paycheck. If you complete the portal requirements after February 15 and before March 15 you’ll receive your payment in your April paycheck.

*This employee incentive program is available to all active non-student employees (any classification other than GRA, GTA, WS, and STU) who have a current assignment in the PeopleSoft HR System.

This program is made possible by the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund III (HEERF III), authorized in Section 2003(a)(1) of the American Rescue Plan, Public Law 117-2, effective March 11, 2021 (ARP). Under HEERF III and the ARP, institutions are required to implement evidence-based practices to monitor and suppress coronavirus in accordance with public health guidelines.
