Strategic Goal #2: Elevate Reputation of the College
RETENTION RATES
We developed a robust action plan with diverse strategies to achieve this goal. We will focus on recruiting and retaining experienced research faculty and provide quality resources through our new research support program. Some examples of this are access to a college level professional copy editor, faculty mentorship, professional development opportunities, seminars, college level faculty advocate, tuition assistance for faculty dependents and spousal hiring, etc. With a growing research culture and the adequate resources, the increase in Elite, High Impact journal publications as well as citations is projected to be as shown below in figure 7 and 8.
