Substantive Change
Member institutions are required to notify SACSCOC of changes in accordance with the substantive change policy and, when required, to seek approval prior to the initiation of changes.

Substantive Change Proposals
OIA has developed a Substantive Change Action Plan/Checklist to help departments and programs determine if a proposed change is substantive.
