Description: The Engaged Scholarship & Learning (ES&L) Ambassador program awards six to eight scholarships each Fall and Spring. ES&L Ambassador Scholarship recipients will collaborate with ES&L staff to connect classrooms to the community. Recipients will promote ES&L activities through presentations and outreach events, serve as a liaison for the ES&L office, and assist with creating a culture of engagement at the university. Students must be able to commit to the service hours for the award which they apply.

The funds enable students and student organizations to become involved in campus programming and to enrich the UTRGV community by allowing students to develop skills and share the unique interests of their organizations with the campus at large.

Description: MSP supports social and behavioral science disciplines. Projects that integrate social and biological sciences to provide experiential learning opportunities for students in applied research, and related community development programs are encouraged.
