Sustainability is the Future of Texas and we believe that celebrating the advancements in economic prosperity, environmental stewardship, and social equity is essential to share that commitment.

The TRACS 2024 Summit is a great opportunity to reach higher education audiences within your area of interest and expertise. Presentations should focus on innovation through your respective project, program, or collaboration. 

Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to provide a submittal for a 15 or 30 minute presentation. Proposed activities should be in alignment with one or more of the United Nations Goals for Sustainable Development and match one of the following categories:

The TRACS 2024 Summit is a great opportunity to reach Texas-wide institutional Vice Presidents of Operations, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, Procurement Officers, and Facilities Staff. We are excited to learn about your successful projects, partnerships, and investments. Within your presentation please include the successful financial models, return on investments, and campus impacts.

We are excited to share a collaboration with the local LRGV AIA chapter to offer CEUs for your 1-hour presentations. Please ensure to submit the AIA CEU Application Form. 

Campus Facilities and Operations Staff are encouraged to provide a submittal for 1 hour case study presentation. Proposed activities should match one of the following categories

1. Fees & Expenses: Speakers who participate in TRACS do so pro bono. All travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the presenters or their sponsors.
2. Presenters’ Names: Please be sure the names and other information you are providing are legible, accurate and include appropriate designations. If accepted, this information will be published in the TRACS Summit Program.
3. Speaker Requirements: Incorporate visual images and graphics into your presentation to keep participants engaged.  Allow time for discussion and interaction during your allotted time.
4. Room Provisions: All rooms will be equipped with a projector, screen, and microphone.  Be mindful that microphones work with hearing aids, so please use the ones provided even if you feel your voice carries across the room.
5. Acknowledgement If you do not receive a confirmation, we did not receive your submittal and it will not be considered as a program for the TRACS Summit.
6. If selected you will be notified by email by November 20, 2023.
