Description
Every organization runs on processes, but many teams struggle to clearly see and understand how those processes work. Process mapping is a powerful tool that creates visibility, builds shared understanding, and highlights opportunities for improvement.
This interactive workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of process improvement and provides hands-on practice with different types of process maps. By learning to visualize workflows, participants will be better prepared to analyze operations and communicate effectively across teams.
NOTE: Location of the in-person class/session will be e-mail to the registered individual.
