Research for Parents

Are You the Parent of a College Student with Autism?

We want to hear about your opinions on your child’s college experience (for example, challenges and difficulties). Also, what has helped them, and what would you like to see offered to make autistic students’ college experiences more successful.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Parents of Autistic students/Students with Autism (diagnosed or suspected)
  • Child is attending UTRGV (or attended within the last year)
  • You have access to high-speed internet and a device that is capable of using Zoom

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Complete a questionnaire with basic demographic questions (20 - 30 minutes)
  • Complete an interview (approximate time is an hour to hour and a half)
  • You can choose the format of the interview (e.g., focus group or individual)

You can earn a $45 gift card!

Participate in this study, and you will receive a $45 gift card.
