The program is designed for the working professionals looking to upgrade their skillset and reskill their experience, and for those with goals to attain a leadership position and/or make a career change into the field of HR.

“This program will provide the innovation needed to advance future professionals in the field. We are very proud to be offering a program of this kind at the UTRGV Graduate College,” said Dr. Can (John) Saygin, senior vice president for Research and dean of the UTRGV Graduate College.
