Please review booking policies below:
Aaronson Library
- UTRGV School of Medicine (SOM) students and residents take priority over other users and may book rooms online up to 7-days in advance, or in-person, at the library information desk for up to 3-hours per day. SOM users may request more time, at the library information desk or via phone/email, based on availability.
Ramirez Library
- UTRGV School of Medicine (SOM) and School of Podiatric Medicine (SOPM) students and residents take priority over other users and may book rooms online up to 7-days in advance, or in-person, at the library information desk for up to 3-hours per day. SOM/SOPM users may request more time, at the library information desk or via phone/email, based on availability.
