Description
Conferencing Technology Support provides technical support upon request for video conferences, webinars, and computer conferences.
Purpose
Conferencing Technologies Support facilitates the use of conferencing technologies that allow for interactive communications between people who are geographically separated.
Most common uses:
- Faculty are able to teach online courses from a UTRGV campus and transmit to students at other locations.
- Faculty, students, administrators, and researchers are able to collaborate in meetings with people in different parts of the globe.
- Trainers are able to deliver continuing education and staff development courses via webinars, web conferences, and Skype for Business.

Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Excluding University Holidays
NOTE: Services are also available outside business hours by request and with adequate notice.
Service Access
Available in classrooms, lecture halls, conference rooms, and other meeting locations on all campuses.

Submit a service request through ServiceNow to setup a Conference/Webinar/Event.
Technical Support
Submit an IT Help Request through ServiceNow. Log in to my.utrgv.edu, then click on the ServiceNow icon under Applications, click on Something broken?Customer Service
