Employee Appraisals
The Office of Human Resources is committed to fostering an informed workforce and creating opportunities for on-going professional growth. Performance appraisal meetings allow employees and managers time to focus on workplace expectations, current performance, and goal setting. The development plan, which is part of the appraisal process, also offers a unique opportunity for mentorship and professional development. UTRGV’s appraisal process helps each of us align our goals with the goals of our departments, colleges, and University.
Helpful reminder, the annual appraisal period is May 1st to April 30th. Each year, all completed and signed performance appraisals need to be submitted to hreval@utrgv.edu no later than May 31st..
