Vanessa leads the implementation and maintenance of Watermark’s Faculty Success platform, including its Career Pathways and Course Evaluations & Surveys modules. Her work ensures that faculty data is not only well-managed but also meaningfully integrated into processes that support professional growth and academic excellence. Her journey at UTRGV has included roles as Program Coordinator and Program Specialist, where she developed training programs, streamlined workflows, and supported faculty through every stage of their academic careers. She is also a certified Watermark Administrator and a trusted resource for faculty and staff navigating complex systems.
