As Faculty Success Manager, Laura leads efforts related to faculty relations, providing guidance on complex matters such as performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. She works closely with Human Resources, Legal Affairs, and college leadership to ensure that all employment concerns related to faculty are addressed with fairness, clarity, and care. Laura’s approach is grounded in both academic rigor and practical experience. She holds an MBA from UTRGV and an MS in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, and she has served in key roles across the College of Sciences, College of Liberal Arts. Her work has helped shape institutional processes that support faculty from recruitment through retirement.
