Daynara Gutierrez is a detail-oriented professional whose background in records management, communications, and public service brings valuable perspective to faculty support operations.   Daynara plays a key role in supporting the vital systems that underpin faculty success at UTRGV. From managing confidential records to coordinating data workflows, she ensures that the tools faculty rely on—such as evaluation platforms, portfolio systems, and scheduling tools—operate smoothly and efficiently.   Her experience spans multiple sectors, including editorial work with Texas Highways Magazine, public records analysis with the Texas Department of Public Safety, and civic engagement coordination with the Hidalgo County Elections Department. Across these roles, Daynara has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex information, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate across teams—all essential skills in supporting faculty development initiatives.   A graduate of UTRGV with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Daynara also brings strong communication skills and a creative mindset to her work. Her published writing and editorial contributions reflect a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling—qualities that enhance her ability to support faculty communications and engagement.   Whether she’s assisting with system updates, training new users, or ensuring data accuracy, Daynara’s work helps create a reliable foundation for faculty growth and achievement.
