Access Control
Access Control involves the granting of access to areas throughout the UTRGV campuses via an iButton FOB, ID Card, or Proximity Card.
How to Request Access
iShop Work Order Request
In order to receive access to an area, the requestor must first submit an iShop work order request. This will allow the request to go through the approval process and for the requestor's supervisor to grant permission. Once approved, the iShop requisition becomes a PO that then becomes a work order issued to the Access Control personnel.
