If you would like to volunteer, please complete our online volunteer form through Engagement Zone, just use your UTRGV credentials to login. Time slots will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, as applicable. After the form has been filled wait for an email from our office with more details.
Abstract Reviewers must sign-up by March 1, 2017. We will be accepting Judges and General Volunteers until April 10, 2017.
Volunteers are frequently the first and last to interact with attendees at the Engaged Scholar Symposium (ES2). Therefore, as a volunteer, you are expected to be respectful, helpful, and on-time for your shift.
All volunteers must attend a mandatory informational meeting before the conference date. Sessions will be held on both campuses the week prior to the conference. Please see our volunteer guidelines here. (If in the circumstance that you are unable to attend the workshop, please contact us to schedule a make-up session.)

In addition to the experience, network, and giving-back, volunteers also receive t-shirts and goodies based on to the type and number of volunteer hours worked.
