Artist Statement
Art came somewhat early into my life, specifically when I was in grade school, I started off drawing a lot of my favorite cartoon and anime characters. I loved drawing; illustration was the first craft I was really devoted to. My love for art continued through my development, and I ran into graphic arts in high school, it was something I was comfortable with and had no issue pursuing a career in. I enjoyed it the more that I learned. As I matured, so did my tastes and perspectives on certain matters, especially in art and design.
My work is important in the sense that it will incorporate things that I am most passionate about, especially wearing my influences on my sleeve. I solely aim to make visually appealing yet functional works of art and design to share with the world. I am always researching, be it actively or passively, I love good design and have no issue digging through archives to observe work that can inspire my own. I aim to experiment, always open to tweaking and going through alternate routes, even if it means that the result is wildly different.
