Samantha Barrera
Artist Statement
My name is Samantha Barrera, I’m a graphic designer and photographer. My passion for designing began after I had been doing photography for two years. With photography I love creating art from just a moment in time. I enjoy seeing my vision come to life. This led me to want to learn more and further my skills in creating. With graphic design I am able to apply so much more to my photography and also learn new skills and other forms of designing. I like creating a project from scratch much like photography seeing the end product makes the hard part of designing worth it. I hope to apply my skills to companies in the entertainment industry like magazines or film. I want to create content that is eye catching and fun to see. My interest in creating art is what sparked my interest for my exhibit project Trip Addict.
