Welcome to The Center of Excellence in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Education at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. The goals of the Center are focused on strengthening STEM academic programs and increasing the number of STEM graduates, particularly those from underrepresented groups. We provide academic and professional development resources to undergraduate/graduate students pursuing degrees in STEM fields to prepare them for their professional or graduate career. Additionally, we provide STEM resources and hands-on activities to K-12 local school districts to increase awareness of STEM careers. Visit Us!
