Fitness Assessment: $15

fitness assessment is a great way to identify your current level of physical fitness, strengths, and weaknesses. It helps establish a baseline and future benchmark prior to starting an exercise program. Fitness assessments include percent body fat, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, along with assessments for cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance. Your certified personal trainer can use this information to develop a specific exercise program to attain desired results. Fitness assessments are $15.00 and need to be scheduled with a Certified Personal Trainer.  Fitness Assessments are open to current UREC members 17 years and above.
