The Marketing Strategy & Coordination team leads strategic marketing planning for both University-wide campaigns and internal university clients. Through the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, this team ensures institutional goals are supported while building the UTRGV brand. The process begins when clients’ goals are translated into creative briefs, strategies, concepts, schedules, and budgets for a campaign. Our team develops campaigns that are actionable, goal-oriented, and produce measurable outcomes with key performance indicators. As subject matter experts, this team serves as points of contact and coordinates across all marketing areas to assure all aspects of a given initiative or campaign are efficient, effective, and delivering results.
