The Marketing Strategy and Coordination team leads overall strategic marketing planning for both University-wide campaigns and on behalf of internal university clients. Through the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, the team ensures institutional goals are supported and the UTRGV brand is built. The process begins when clients’ goals are translated into creative briefs, strategies, concepts, schedules and budgets for a campaign. When developing campaigns, the team ensures the strategic marketing planning is actionable, goal-oriented, and includes measurable outcomes and key-performance indicators. The team serves as lead points of contact and subject matter experts, coordinating across all marketing functions to ensure all aspects of initiatives and campaigns are effective, coordinated, and driving results.
