Description

Finance for Non-Financial Professionals is a sixteen hour session focused on explaining and understanding basic costing models, break-even point calculations and the general interpretation and use of the most common financial statements in any business. At the end of this workshop, participants will recognize the basic costing elements for a product or service, understand the difference between the absorption and variable costing methods and will be able to read an Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and a Balance Sheet.
