Our virtual office hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. and from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Departments may also be reached via email.
Virtual meetings use Zoom. You can use Zoom online using a web browser or install it on a device (desktop or mobile.) Learn more about the software and installation alternatives on the Zoom webpage provided by the Information Technology department.

Staff is available to assist you on-demand starting at 9:00 a.m. each day. When registering for your virtual meeting, select the date of your choice. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to join anytime between 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. or 1:00-4:00 p.m. on your selected date.
Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join. Once you click on the link, you will enter a virtual waiting room. Between the hours of 9:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, you will be connected to one of our staff.
