Dear UTRGV Family,
You spoke, and we listened. And based on what you’ve said, the UTRGV experience has improved dramatically since 2018.
But now that all the data from the Transforming our World Campus Climate Survey is analyzed, the time has come to share the full results and see what drove these remarkable outcomes.
All employees and students are welcome and encouraged to attend the following town halls presented by ModernThink:

NOTE: Given the recent reorganization of the units formerly under the Division of Health Affairs, HR will help facilitate the StandPoint Engagement Survey results for faculty and staff in the College of Health Professions, as the School of Medicine already conducted its town hall.

- ModernThink will meet with each division’s leadership and College Dean to discuss their respective division/college results.
- Every department will get an assigned campus climate liaison to assist with the result roll-out and action planning process.
