We are very pleased to share with you the announcement of Dr. Harrison Keller’s appointment as the next Commissioner of Higher Education for the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Dr. Keller has extensive experience in higher education, and we look forward to working with him in his new role.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Raymund Paredes for his many years of service as Commissioner and his support of efforts by the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and our legacy institutions to expand educational opportunities for our Valley communities.
