Request to Receive Sick Leave Pool
Transcript of PeopleSoft Training Video:
- Login to https://my.utrgv.edu
- Select the PeopleSoft Icon under Applications.
- Navigate to the Employee Self Service Menu.
- Click the NavBar button to easily access functions
- Select Navigator icon
- Select HRMS then select Self Service
- Select Leave Transfer Requests
- Select Receive Donated Leave Requests
- Under Receive Donated Leave Requests, select RGV Sick Leave Pool as Program Name.
- Select Begin Date and End Date of Requested Leave and the amount of hours requesting. You can select the sates by select the Calendar icon.
- Next, select the Reason Description that best fits your scenario, include Addition Details if needed.
- Scroll down to confirm that you have read and comply with Agreement and Compliance Statements. Then click Submit.
- Confirm that you want to submit the information by selecting Yes.
- Once the form has been submitted for approval, click Ok to acknowledge.
