Transcript of PeopleSoft Training Video: Sick Leave
- Login to https://my.utrgv.edu
- Select the PeopleSoft Icon under Applications.
- Navigate to the Employee Self Service Menu.
- Click the NavBar button to easily access functions
- Select Navigator icon
- Select HRMS
- Select Self Service then select Leave Transfer Requests
- Select Donate Leave Request
- Select RGV Sick Leave Pool as Program Name
- Select Entitlement as Sick Leave
- Your Sick Leave Balance will appear, enter the number of hours you wish to donate in increments of 8.0 hours.
- You may add comments to your requests.
- Scroll down to confirm you have read and comply with Agreement and Compliance statements.
- Review information and Click Submit.
- Confirm that you want to submit the form by Clicking Yes.
- Click Ok to acknowledge that your request has been submitted,
- Under By Administrator, you Leave Donations will be shown as Pending.
