Permit Return Process
Students
Requests for student permit refunds expired on Wednesday, September 8th, 2021.
Employees
Employees must file a request for a permit refund with the P&T department via this form. The refund will be based on the number of full months remaining in the University’s academic year. No refunds will be made after the end of spring semester. A request for refund must be accompanied by a photo of the remnants of the appropriate permit.
