Uploading Your Profile Photo in Blackboard

Summary

This article will demonstrate how to upload your profile photo that is displayed in rosters, discussion boards, blogs, journals, and wikis. 

Instructions - From Your Computer

  1. Login to Blackboard.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner of the page. This will open the Global Navigation Menu.

  3. Click Tools from the bottom menu.

  4. Click Upload Your Profile Picture.

  5. Click the Use custom avatar image. 
  6. Click Browse My Computer and select your image.

  7. Click Submit.

Instructions - From the Mobile App

  1. Open the Blackboard App.
  2. Open the side menu.
  3. Tap on your name.
  4. Tap on your profile photo.
  5. Choose an Existing Photo or Take a photo.
