Student Data Access Request Form

What is this request for?

The purpose of this form is for students to request access to a course that was previously taken where they need access to review any content/data. Data may include assignments, projects, videos, etc.

Process

  1. Submit the Student Data Access request form.
  2. Upon approval from the instructor of record or the department chair, the Blackboard admin will provide access to the course(s).
Note: You will be notified once the course(s) are available for review. Access to the course(s) will be granted until the specified date by the faculty member or department chair.

Please allow 10 business days or more for this process to be completed.
