Tuesday, August 28, 2018 RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TEXAS - This fall semester, 767 international students from 68 different countries will call UTRGV home. On Tuesday, Aug. 28 and Thursday, Aug. 30, the Office of Global Engagement held an International Meet and Greet that included a parade of flags with the international Vaqueros carrying flags representing their countries.
