What is the Mobile Lab?
The UTRGV Mobile Lab is a learner-centered program that brings hands-on STEM education directly to middle and high school students. It offers interactive science modules in biology, chemistry, and physics, allowing students to engage in practical experiments and activities that complement their classroom learning. The mobile lab aims to enhance STEM education by providing real-world applications of scientific concepts, fostering curiosity, and encouraging critical thinking among students.
Students participating in our program will obtain knowledge fundamental theories in physics, chemistry and biology concepts and protocols as well as practical applications.
The goal of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Mobile Laboratory is to provide the equipment and learning environment to help students understand and solidify fundamental scientific theories.
