After-hours Access Policy
24/7/365 access to the Aaronson and Ramirez Libraries is available to UTRGV School of Medicine and School of Podiatric Medicine students and residents. ID cards are required for entry beyond regular hours shown above. Users must be registered for building access in advance, and a valid UTRGV ID badge must be worn and visible at all times within the building. Users should contact their Office of Student Affairs or department administrator to obtain an ID card and request swipe-access to facilities. Users in the libraries after hours may be asked to verify affiliation with the School of Medicine or School of Podiatric Medicine. Compliance with the library’s policies and procedures, as well as applicable institutional policies is required.
