Qualtrics is a powerful web-based survey tool used to create, distribute, collect, and analyze survey data in support of academic research, employee experience, customer satisfaction, and business processes.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the user's responsibility to comply with research requirements before distributing an online survey.

Access

Students must submit an Access Request through the UTRGV Support Center/Information Technology.
  1. Read the Knowledge Base Article (KBA) on Surveys (Qualtrics Application)
  2. Complete an Access Request. 
  3. Accept the terms and conditions in the email notification sent to your email address.
  4. Log in to my.utrgv.edu.
  5. Click the Qualtrics icon under Applications.
Faculty must submit an Access Request through the UTRGV Support Center/Information Technology.
