PeopleSoft is the financial and human capital management application suite supporting the University's administrative operations and reporting needs.


PeopleSoft is used to manage the University’s Financial Management System (FMS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) data.


Access is automatically granted to all UTRGV Faculty and Staff with a base self-service employee role.

Advanced roles for department access can be requested to the Access Administration team for services that grant access to specified PeopleSoft Financial Management System Roles in order to ensure appropriate approvals and controls are documented.

Submit an Access Request and note the following for the fields below:

  • Category: PeopleSoft Financials
  • Resource: Select the desired option. 
  • Role: Select the desired option.
  • Description: Enter a description of how you will use PeopleSoft.
