Description

The IT Service Desk is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT end user support and services.

Purpose

The IT Service Desk ensures end users receive appropriate assistance in a timely manner.

8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, excluding university holidays.
