Account Management (Self-Service)

Description

Self-service account management allows current UTRGV students, faculty and staff to manage their UTRGV account online from any computer at any time.

Purpose

Eliminates the need to contact the IT Service Desk in order to recover account information or access.

Hours of Availability

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Service may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance periods. Scheduled maintenance is announce in advance through UTRGV email, IT website, Facebook, and Twitter.

Account Management

Visit the UTRGV Account Self-Service Website (http://myaccount.utrgv.edu)

Instructions on how to manage your UTRGV account are available on the How-to tab. 

Service Request

A service request is not applicable since Account Management is self-service.

Visit the Account Access FAQ if you have any questions. You can also submit an IT Help Request through ServiceNow. Log in to my.utrgv.edu, then click on the ServiceNow icon under Applications, click on Something broken
