Who We Are and What We Do
We empower students, faculty, and staff by providing technical knowledge and assistance to support the University's mission. We provide technical assistance in the form of knowledge and hands-on help via remote support sessions or onsite technicians. Our team members hold numerous professional certifications from Dell, Apple, HP, CompTIA, Help Desk Institute (HDI), and others. We strive not only to provide technical assistance but to increase the technical aptitude and confidence of the University community to enhance productivity.
