Leadership and Social Change

UTRGV provides students the opportunity to enrich their leadership, diversity and community service experiences that result in personal and professional growth. The foundation for these experiences is based on the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.

At UTRGV we believe the following:

We provide opportunities for students to engage in meaningful service, and to explore issues of social justice and diversity. Workshops, conferences and retreats are offered to strengthen leadership skills, develop ethical and responsible decision-making skills, and to help students gain new insights into their potential.

We offer the following programs:
