Shipping Labels


HESTEC Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Presenters

If your organization is sending a shipment of boxes and/or packages to be used during HESTEC 2018, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:

  • Simply click on the link to the mailing label that corresponds to your presentation day or the date that your material will be used.
  • Fill out the mailing label. Ensure that your organization's name is clearly listed.
  • Attach a mailing label to each item you send.
  • Make sure to mail your shipments no later than Noon of Friday, September 14, 2018.

The use of the correct mailing label on each box and/or package will help our staff keep track of all incoming items and ensure that they are available on a timely and effective manner for use during HESTEC Week.


LARGE & HEAVY SHIPMENTS

These items will be transported to the event or exhibit area for setup a day before the date of use. If any machinery is needed to transport your items due to excessive size or weight, the logistics coordinator will let you know of any charges.


RETURN OF SHIPMENTS AFTER EVENT

Staff will be available during tear-down to assist exhibitors as they package items. Shipping labels will be available, and items will be stored in the University warehouse until the day before the event, unless requested otherwise.

*All shipping payments must be pre-arranged. *HESTEC will not be responsible for any shipping cost.
