"I have a PhD and am currently a visiting assistant professor for the Romance Languages Department at SUNY Binghamton University. In 2011, I proudly obtained a Graduate Certificate in Translation Studies from what was then the University of Texas at Brownsville. I am grateful for the knowledge I received from UTRGV’s Translation & Interpreting Programs and professorate – expertise I have been able to apply when translating or teaching the Spanish language." - Luis Y. Castaneda, PhD |
