UTRGV’s Faculty Portfolio Tool (FPT) allows faculty to record and track teaching, research and service activities. It assists with generating reports for annual evaluation reappointment and promotion and tenure reviews. Additionally, colleges can utilize the data in FPT to view accreditation reports, reports for funding agencies, and reports required by the UT System.
Data from FPT is used to populate the Faculty Profiles page at utrgv.edu/faculty. Please keep your contact details and curriculum vitae (CV) information up to date so students may effectively reach you.

Accessing the Faculty Portfolio Tool (FPT) via Watermark
- Login with your UTRGV username and password at myUTRGV
- Select the WATERMARK icon from your applications menu.
- Upon entering Watermark, you will see the dashboard below with each module you have access to. The Faculty Success module is FPT and houses all faculty activity reporting. In your Activities screen you may edit entries in any section by clicking on the entries, making the changes and clicking the Save button at the top right corner.
