Planning & Self-Study
Planning and Self-Study (PSS) by Watermark is a web-based system used to report and manage annual assessment and continuous improvement data (e.g., expected outcomes, measures, results, analysis, and follow-up actions ). Though the system has been available to pilot at UTRGV since fall 2021, all educational programs of study, student support services, and administrative services are required to use it beginning in fall 2022 (Oct. 1, 2022). This will ensure that all Annual Assessment Reports for the 2022-2025 assessment cycle are completed in PSS.
Note: Tk20 will remain operational should UTRGV’s assessment coordinators need to retrieve historical assessment reports from the 2017-2022 assessment cycle. Programs of study and academic colleges that currently rely on Tk20 for collecting and/or evaluating student-level data will continue to use it for this purpose as there is no current plan to transition out of this system.
If you are an assessment coordinator for an academic or non-academic organization at UTRGV and require access privileges or technical assistance on PSS, please contact us via email at assessment@utrgv.edu .
