LeaderShape® Institute™
The LeaderShape® Institute™ is an extensive, energizing, and unique six day experience to develop young adults to lead with Integrity. The program offers extensive learning, critical thinking, and deep reflection.
Sixty students are selected through a competitive application process, and are accompanied by ten faculty, staff and student leaders who serve in leadership team roles. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in the following semester.
