LUCHA
La Unión Chicanx Hijxs de Aztlán (LUCHA) is the student organization which supports and represents for the Center and Academic Program for Mexican American Studies. LUCHA serves the Rio Grande Valley and UTRGV for the advancement of nuestra raza and all other cultures while promoting Chicanismx. We promote a strong sense of familia and embrace the conocimiento of one self and their power to create change. We advocate for our communities. We will participate in a social, cultural, and political revolution for the mejoramiento of the Rio Grande Valley.
