UTRGV Border SPICES

UTRGV Border SPICES Program: Special Interventionists in Childcare and Education Services

A scholarship program that supports your completion of a Master’s Degree in Special Education with an early childhood focus. Scholarship recipient will receive

  • Tuition and fees associated with the 42-credit hour courses required for a Master of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in early childhood.
  • The books associated with these courses.
  • UTRGV parking permit (for two years).
  • Reimbursement for state teacher certification exam fees.
  • A tablet.
