Those Who Can Teach! Summer Camp

This summer camp brings together students from high schools across the Rio Grande Valley for a week of fun and learning at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley College of Education & P-16 Integration students explore the teaching profession by defining teaching excellence.

Those Who Can Teach! Summer Camp

The JSTEM Project Based Learning (PBL) camp is an innovative summer enrichment program offered by UTRGV Continuing Education in partnership with College of Education and P-16 Integration. This program is an opportunity for the area high school students to learn STEM in an authentically situated research setting at UTRGV.

2018 Railway Safety Summer Camp

2017 Railway Safety Summer Camp

This is the largest STEM-related summer camp offered by UTRGV and the largest transportation-related summer camps in the nation. It is a one week camp offered for 5 different weeks. Each week, a different group of students from area districts participate, with an average of 250 students attending each week. You will get to build LEGO robots, magnetic levitating trains and bumper cars to learn the important roles that science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields play in creating safe transportation.

Fun Fridays Social Skills Group

Team Mario Fun Fridays

Fun Fridays Social Skills for children with autism summer camp will focus on increasing play skills with peers in a group setting with an average ratio of 2.5 supervision. In collaboration with the department of Human Development and School Services will be offering four sessions from space adventures, operation F.I.T. Kids, Rockin' the 80's Performing Arts, and Superhero Fun Day Celebration theme activities.
